- Place pineapple in a blender; cover and process until blended. Pour into a small bowl; stir in the cranberry sauce and banana. Fold in whipped topping. , Spoon into three 4-in. tube pans coated with cooking spray. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Just before serving, unmold onto dessert plates.

Steps:
- In blender, blend all ingredients about 1 minute until smooth.
- Pour into eight 3-ounce, wax-coated paper cups. (Like Dixie Cups).
- Place in shallow pan and insert a wooden popsicle stick or plastic spoon into the center of each.
- Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
- After pops are frozen, they can be transferred to a reclosable plastic bag for freezer storage.
- To release pops from cups, dip briefly into hot water up to rim of cup.

- Make the cranberry sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and orange zest, and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 13-15 minutes, or until the cranberries are soft and the sauce thickens. Remove the pot from the heat and let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until ready to use.
- Make the marshmallow cups: Line 2 12-cup muffin tins with liners.
- In a small bowl, cream together the sugar and cream cheese with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until stiff peaks form.
- Add the cream cheese mixture to the whipped cream and fold to incorporate.
- Add 1½ cups (360 g) of the chilled cranberry sauce to the whipped cream mixture and fold until combined. (Save any remaining cranberry sauce for another use.) Fold in 2½ (125 G) cups Kraft® Jet-Puffed Pals Miniature Marshmallows until distributed evenly.
- Scoop about ¼ cup of the marshmallow mixture into each muffin cup and sprinkle ¼ teaspoon orange zest and a few Kraft® Jet-Puffed Pals Miniature Marshmallows over the center of each cup.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until solid. Remove from the freezer and serve immediately.

FROSTY CRANBERRY SALAD
I found this in a Southern Living Cookbook when I was looking for something different for Thanksgiving. This recipe can be used as a salad or dessert and my family loves it!

- 1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9x5 loaf pan. Cover and freeze until firm. To serve remove from freezer let sit at room temperature about 5 minutes, slice and serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
- 2. This can also be put into paper lined muffin cups for individual servings. Just peel away the paper and serve. Delicious as a salad or I like it also as a frozen fruit dessert.

Steps:
- In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries and sugar and let stand 10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and secton 1 orange. Finely chop orange sections; set aside. Sqeeze remaining orange to make total of 1/3 cup juice.
- Combine the 1/3 cup orange juice, cream cheese, and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Stir in orange sections, cranberries, apple and dates.
- Whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Turn mixture into a 5-cup mold, 8x4x2 inch loaf pan, or into about 10 to 12 paper lined muffin pans. Cover and freeze until firm.
- To serve, let stand at room temperature for 10 miutues. Unmold or peel off paper and garnish with orange sections.
