FRIESEN'S SKOR FUDGE

Steps:

• Combine marshmallows, sugar, milk, butter and salt in saucepan.
• Bring to a boil stirring often.
• Boil uncovered for 5 minutes stirring continually.
• Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla.
• Stir until smooth.
• Add toffee bits and stir.
• Pour into foil lined and greased 8 x 8 inch pan.
• Chill until firm.
• Cut into small squares.

REESE'S™ PIECE O' BLISS FUDGE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Place cookie dough rounds in bottom of ungreased 8-inch square pan. Bake 22 to 24 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown. Cool 10 minutes.
• To make fudge layer, place butter in medium microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on high 45 to 60 seconds or until melted. Add brown sugar, cocoa and milk; stir with whisk until well blended. Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
• Pour fudge mixture over baked crust; spread evenly. Sprinkle with candy wedge pieces. Cool 10 minutes.
• Cover and refrigerate 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until set. To serve, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

FRIESEN'S FUDGE

Steps:

• Line 9 x 9 inch pan with foil, leaving 1 inch overhang on two sides. Grease foil with cooking spray. Set aside. Combine first 5 ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring often. Boil, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
• Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
• Add toffee bits. Stir well. Immediately pour into prepared pan. Smooth top. Let stand until cool. Holding foil, remove fudge from pan. Discard foil. Cuts into 64 pieces.
• NOTE: * Omit toffee bits. Use 4 crushed Skor or Heath chocolate bars. For best results, put unwrapped bars in a resealable freezer bag and freeze for 15 minutes. Seal bag. Hit with a met mallet or hammer until bars are in small pieces.
