Steps:
- Reserve 4 strawberries with tops for garnish and split them.
- Clean, dry, and trim remaining strawberries.
- Add all but the reserved strawberries to a blender.
- To that, add the juice of 1 ripe lime, 2 rounded tablespoons sugar, a splash of orange juice, 1/2 a tray of ice cubes and 2 shots of tequila.
- Blend on high speed until the drink is icy but smooth.
- Rim a cocktail glass with lime juice and dip rim in salt and pour in the frozen strawberry lime drink.
- Garnish glass with a wedge of lime and a split strawberry.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.

- Preheat oven to 400°F Line your pan with aluminum foil and lightly brush with olive oil, or use a bit of cooking spray.
- Combine parsley, garlic, lemon zest, and coarse salt on the cutting board. Finely chop, then combine with the breadcrumbs in a shallow plate.
- Brush top of each fillet with olive oil. Press fillet into the crumb mixture. Place fillets in baking dish, crust-side up. Bake until firm, about 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. Serve with lemon wedges.

- Combine sugar and salt on a small plate. Rub lime wedge around rims of 2 old-fashioned glasses. Dip the rims in the sugar mixture until well coated; discard the remaining sugar mixture. Fill the glasses with ice cubes. Set aside.
- Place strawberries, lime juice and agave in a cocktail shaker. Muddle the strawberries with a wooden spoon handle or a muddler until they're mostly dissolved, 1 to 2 minutes. Add basil and muddle until lightly bruised, about 5 times. Add tequila and orange liqueur; fill the shaker with ice cubes. - Add strawberries, tequila, lime juice, honey, and orange liqueur to a blender. Pulse until completely smooth. Let the mixture rest for about 3 minutes, then skim off the foam on top. Taste, and add extra tequila or sweetener if desired.
- If you would like to serve these in salt-rimmed glasses, simply run a lime wedge around the top of each glass. Then dip the top of the glass upside-down in a bowl of coarse margarita salt. Garnish the glasses with fresh strawberries and/or lime slices if desired.
- Fill up each glass about half full with ice, then pour the margaritas over the ice and serve immediately.
- Add about 3-4 cups of ice to your blender with the strawberry margarita mixture, and pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
