- Rinse however many strawberries you have (they should be ripe and fragrant) and pat them dry, but leave the hulls on to use as little handles. To eat, swirl a berry in creme fraiche, then dust it with confectioner's sugar.

Here is what is stated about the recipe: "When strawberries are in season in Morocco, they might be sliced, mixed with yogurt and sugar, and left to macerate a bit until a creamy, juicy sauce forms. Serve as a light dessert or healthy snack."
