SWEET ORANGE COLESLAW
This recipe came from one of my mom's cookbooks called "Quilter's Cooking Companion". It's easy to make and has great texture and flavor!

Steps:
- Chop the apples (I don't peel them).
- In a small bowl mix the orange juice concentate, mayo, dijon, and salt. In a large serving bowl toss the coleslaw mix, rice, and apples.
- Mix the dressing with the slaw until well coated. Stir in the pecans.
- Chill before serving.
SWEET COLESLAW
Adding a little orange juice to make the dressing a little sweeter. This recipe easily makes enough for 10 people or more. If it's on the thin side, add another 1/2 cup of mayonnaise. If it's too thick, thin with more orange juice.
