FRESH FRUIT DIP - LOW-CARB
This recipe came from Better Homes and Gardens Easy Everyday Low Carb Cookbook. You can substitute the cinnamon for nutmeg or ginger, depending on preference. This is great with seasonal fruit - serve with fresh fruit dippers (such as pineapple chunks, strawberries, apple slices, and/or peach slices).

Steps:
- In a small bowl stir together yogurt, applesauce, and cinnamon. To serve, spear fruit with decorative toothpicks and dip into yogurt mixture.

FRESH FRUIT DIP
From the Better Homes & Gardens Easy Everyday Low Carb Cookbook that I sent to my swap partner FloridaNative. This is a refreshing fruit dip and I used it with fresh pineapple cubes, apples and peaches during a get-together. I did tweak it in that the original recipe called for only an 1/8th tsp of either cinnamon, nutmeg or ginger but I love the combination of cinnamon and nutmeg so I used about a 1/4 tsp of each.

- In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, applesauce and spices.
- If not serving immediately, make sure to keep in refrigerator. Serve with fresh sliced fruit, like pineapple, strawberries, apples, peaches, or nectarines.
FRESH FRUIT DIP
A great light dip for fresh fruit. I like to serve this at my annual garden party. It looks so pretty served in a hollowed out 1/2 of pineapple. Make sure you cut up the fresh pineapple to use with the dip.

SUGAR FREE FRUIT DIP
This is a recipe I created because I my Diabetes. I usually use a recipe that called for marshmallow fluff but I thought that it had too much sugar. This is also lower in fat.
