3 large green bell peppers
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups milk
2/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
vegetable oil

Steps:

Slice peppers into 1/4-inch rings; remove and discard seeds and membranes. Set aside. Combine eggs and milk, stirring well. Combine bread crumbs and cheese, stirring well. Dip pepper rings in egg mixture, and dredge in flour. Dip again in egg mixture, and dredge in bread crumb mixture, coating well. Pour oil to depth of 2 inches into a Dutch oven; heat to 375 degrees F. Fry green bell pepper rings 1 to 2 minutes or until golden, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately. 2 cups milk
2/3 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup all-purpose flour

Steps:

Dip pepper rings into egg mixture, and dredge in flour. Dip again into egg mixture, and then dredge through the breadcrumb/cheese mixture, coating well.
Pour oil to a depth of 2 inches in a Dutch oven. Heat to 375 degrees.
Fry pepper rings 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels.

2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 large yellow sweet onion, cut into rings
1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs

Steps:

Combine egg whties, salt and pepper in bowl, mixing well.
Dip onion rings into egg mixture.
Coat with bread crumbs.
Place on baking sheet in single layer.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

1. Clean and remove seeds and membrane from the bell peppers. Slice the peppers into thin rings.
2. Dip the rings into the egg, then into the bread crumbs and fry in hot shortening until browned on both sides 2-3 minites.
