1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees.
  • Remove the neck and giblets from the chicken cavity then pat the chicken dry.
  • Mix the black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl and rub it evenly over the chicken.
  • Place the whole chicken into the air fryer breast side down and cook for 40 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook breast side up for another 15 to 20 minutes. The chicken is done when it hits 165 degrees F at its thickest point.
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer, let sit for 5 minutes, then serve!

8 ounces gluten-free bread (thawed if frozen), cut into 3/4-inch cubes (about 5 cups)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage, optional

Steps:

  • Toss the bread, oil, oregano, garlic, 3/4 teaspoon salt, several grinds of pepper and sage if using in a large bowl to coat evenly.
  • Preheat a 6-quart air fryer to 350 degrees F (see Cook's Note). Add the bread in an even layer to the air fryer and cook, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and toasted, 5 to 7 minutes.

1 lb Fish Fillets (Cod, Rockfish, Tilapia, or other White Fish)
2 tbsp Avocado Oil (or any cooking oil)
1 cup Dried Breadcrumbs (Use gluten-free, if necessary) or use almond flour.
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Red Crushed Pepper
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour (for even crunchier fish)
2 eggs, beaten

Steps:

  • Start by using fresh fish or frozen fish that has been completely thawed. Pat your fish dry with a cloth or paper towel. Then, season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper, to your liking.
  • Prepare your breading mixture in a large flat bowl or plate. Mix in any optional add-ins.
  • Coat the fish fillets in oil. I like to use avocado oil. You can also use canola oil, vegetable oil, or olive oil. *For even crunchier fish, coat the fish in the beaten eggs instead of the oil. Then coat the fish with the breading mixture.
  • Coat each fish fillet on both sides in the breading mixture.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Then add the fish fillets in a single layer to the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. If you'd like to get a particular side more crispy, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
