- Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan; set aside.
- Microwave chocolate and milk in large microwavaeble bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Add almonds, blueberries, cranberries and orange peel; stir until well blended.
- Spread chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Lift fudge from pan, using foil handles. Cut into 48 pieces. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 weeks. (Do not freeze.).

- In a large, microwave-safe bowl, place the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for 90 seconds at 70 percent power. Stir, using the residual heat to melt the chocolate. If necessary, microwave at additional 15 second intervals until the mixture is very smooth.
- Divide the mixture into 3 bowls. (I had the most of white, and equal amounts for red and blue.) Add a few drops of red, white, and blue food coloring to each bowl and stir well.
- Scrape the blue mixture in the bottom of the baking pan. Top with the white, and finally the red. Use a toothpick to swirl the colors.

- While the sweetened condensed milk is still in it's can, give it a good stir. Then add the extract, stirring again. Pour 1 cup into a glass measuring cup.
