- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Whisk in COOL WHIP until blended. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min. or until mixture is thick enough to mound. Stir in zest.
- Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

- In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the milk, sour cream and orange zest. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

ORANGE CREAMSICKLE JELLO FLUFF
I stole this recipe from my grandmother years ago. I have served it at various pot lucks ever since. You won't be disappointed when you try this recipe! Super easy to make. You may vary on flavors and have fun with it! You could also put this in graham cracker pie crusts and make a pie out of it!

- 1. With a hand mixer blend 1 package of cream cheese with 2 tubs of Cool Whip. Once blended, add the 2 boxes of jello. Then blend coconut into mixture. Next gently blend in 1 can of drained crushed pineapple (I blend on low speed just until evenly mixed into cream cheese mixture-if blended too much, it will make the mixture soupy).
- 2. Gently fold into mixture drained Mandarin Oranges and Marshmallows.
- 3. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. (I prefer to let set overnight for flavors to set.) You can get into this right away after mixing. The mixture should not be soupy or runny. It should have a "Mousse-like" texture. Enjoy!
ORANGE JELLO FRUIT FLUFF SALAD

- Drain liquid from mandarin oranges into a measuring cup. Add enough water to equal 1 cup. Set oranges aside and pour liquid into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in Jell-O until dissolved.
