- In a pot, bring the flax seeds and water to a boil. Stir.
- When the mixture begins to foam and cloud, turn off the heat and continue to stir.
- When mixture ceases to simmer, pour through a strainer or cheap pantyhose.
- As the mixture cools you can add any of the optional ingredients.
