PIZZA BITES
These Pizza Snack Bites are the perfect snack for game day, or after school!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a 9x9 baking dish with non-stick spray, set aside.
- Divide dough into 16 pieces. Roll each out into a ¼ inch thick circle.
- Add equal parts cheese and pepperoni into the center of each circle. Pinch together the corners of the dough and create a ball.
- Place the balls, seam side down, into the prepared baking dish.
- After all the balls have been made and are in the dish, brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkled on garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the dough is fully cooked and the rolls are golden brown.
- Serve with warmed pizza sauce for dipping.

FETA & BASIL PIZZA BITES
Easy and quick to both make and serve. Don't recall where I learned this but seems as though I've always made it. Chavrie goat cheese is my personal fav and this combination of flavors is wonderful tasting and aromatic.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400'F.
- Combine cheese, garlic, oregano, parsley and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Cut French bread into 12 round slices.
- Top each slice with slice of tomato and brush with olive oil.
- Place 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture on top of each tomato slice; bake 8-10 minutes or until bread is toasted.
- Remove from oven and top with shredded basil.

TOMATO, FETA AND BASIL PIZZA
This pizza is easy and quick to make, ready for the kids to eat when they get home from school. Try par boiling courgettes and adding them along with some caramalized onions. Once cooked scatter with fresh peppery rocket.

- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees celcius. Preheat a large baking dish in the oven at the same time.
- Put the pizza base onto the preheated baking sheet and scatter over the herbs, tomatoes, onion and feta cheese. Season and bake for 20 minutes until golden. Scatter over fresh peppery rocket.
