1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
2 green onions, chopped
round buttery crackers

Steps:

Mix first 3 ingredients; spread onto bottom of shallow 1-1/2-qt. bowl.
Top with all remaining ingredients except crackers.
Serve with crackers.

1 (8 ounce) box Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3 tablespoons Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder (more or less to taste)
1/3 red pepper, finely diced
1/3 green pepper, finely diced
3 slices red onions, finely diced

Steps:

1. Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and garlic powder until well blended.
2. Add diced vegetables and mix well.
3. Refrigerate for one hour to allow flavors to blend.
4. Allow time for dip to soften before serving.
5. Serve with ritz crackers or wheat thins.
6. Enjoy.

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup chopped dried beef
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 round loaf (1 pound) Italian or pumpernickel bread, optional
Fresh vegetables, crackers or corn chips

Steps:

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin, taco seasoning and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in beef, peppers and olives. Cover and refrigerate until serving. , If desired, just before serving, cut top off bread; scoop out bread from inside, leaving a 1/2-in. shell (save the bread from inside to make croutons or bread crumbs or save for another use). Fill shell with cream cheese mixture. Serve with vegetables, crackers or corn chips.
