Everything bagel cheese ball is an easy appetizer recipe that's perfect for your next holiday gathering. This flavorful cheese ball is made with cream cheese, shredded cheese, and everything bagel seasoning.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning (divided)

Steps:

In a bowl, add softened cream cheese, sharp cheddar, parmesan, worcestershire sauce, and one tablespoon of everything bagel seasoning. Mash ingredients together until evenly incorporated.
Form cheese mixture into a ball using plastic wrap or wax paper. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.
Pour remaining 2 tablespoons of everything bagel seasoning onto a plate. Unwrap cheese ball and gently roll in seasoning until evenly coated.
Serve with crackers and sliced vegetables. Or, refrigerate until ready to serve.

Ingredients

8 ounces white Cheddar, shredded
1 cup all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
A good pinch of kosher salt
A few turns of black pepper
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cubed
2 to 4 tablespoons cold water

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Place the cheese, flour, everything bagel seasoning, salt and pepper in a food processor and pulse until combined. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture turns to small pea-size pieces. Continue pulsing and add the water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the mixture resembles couscous and sticks together when you squeeze a small amount in your hand. Turn it onto a lightly floured surface and use your hands to work the mixture together into a ball of dough. Roll it out to 1/4 inch thickness and then cut out 1 1/2-inch squares. Place them 1 1/2 inches apart on your baking sheets, sprinkle with a bit more salt if you'd like and bake until they're lightly browned, about 20 minutes.

Place the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth, about 1 minute. Scrape the sides of the bowl and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the seasonings over the cream cheese. Mix again until well combined, about 1 minute.
Tear or roughly chop the lunch meat into 1-inch pieces and add to the bowl with the cream cheese. Beat with the mixer until the ham has broken down into smaller pieces, about 1 minute.
Add the cheese and mix again. Spread plastic wrap on the counter and scoop the cheese mixture onto it. Form into a ball with the spatula and wrap tightly. Chill at last 1 hour.
Open plastic wrap, sprinkle generously with remaining spice blend. Serve with crackers, pretzels, bagel crisps, and fresh vegetables.
