Jotaro Kujo. Topping off this list is arguably the most iconic character in the entire series, Jotaro Kujo. In terms of raw destructive power capabilities, Jotaro's Star Platinum rises above just about any other Stand in the series.
Jolyne Cujoh. Our runner-up for this list is Jolyne Cujoh, protagonist of Stone Ocean and Jotaro Kujo's daughter. Her Stand, Stone Free, not only has destructive power comparable to her father's Star Platinum—able to punch with the force of a small, extremely fast meteor—but it also has one of the most versatile abilities of any Joestar.
Josuke Higashikata (Diamond is Unbreakable) Next up is the original Josuke Higashikata from Diamond is Unbreakable. Josuke is more good-natured than most of the other Joestars and only goes into a rage when someone makes fun of his hair.
Giorno Giovanna. Giorno may be the son of DIO but he's still a Joestar, and he's got the birthmark to prove it. Just like with Johnny, we'll only be taking his Stand's base form into consideration (Gold Experience Requiem's abilities are so powerful it's not even fair).
Josuke Higashikata (Jojolion) Next on our list is Josuke Higashikata from Jojolion, the current protagonist of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Josuke has no memory of who he is but it turns out that he's actually two people, meaning he's the fusion of Josefumi Kujo and Yoshikage Kira.
Johnny Joestar. Johnny Joestar is the first protagonist of the alternate universe, aka the SBR Universe, following the series' sort-of-reboot. Johnny was a horse-racing prodigy but became paraplegic after being shot in the spin.
Joseph Joestar. Next up is Jonathan's grandson, Joseph Joestar. Joseph is basically the polar opposite of Jonathan. Where Jonathan was a noble gentleman, Joseph is a cunning hooligan, using his wits to get himself out of sticky situations (which he usually causes).
Jonathan Joestar. The first Joestar protagonist of the series, Jonathan Joestar is the epitome of a true gentleman, always selflessly fighting for what's right.
