CUCUMBER FINGER SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Spread one side of each slice of bread with a thin layer of butter. Arrange a single layer of cucumber slices on 4 of the bread slices. Stir together the mayonnaise, chives, mustard and some salt and pepper in a small bowl. Spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise mixture over the cucumbers. Top with the remaining slices of buttered bread. Cut off the crusts and cut each sandwich into three fingers.

FINGER SANDWICHES

Steps:

• In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, chopped almonds, onions, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper until blended. Spread over bread slices. Cut each into three 1-in.-wide strips., Cut carrots in half widthwise, then cut in half lengthwise. Using a vegetable peeler, shape carrot pieces into fingers. Using a small amount of additional cream cheese, attach an almond slice to the tip of each finger for finger nail. Place a finger on top of each sandwich.

FINGER SANDWICHES RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• While the tortes are chilling, get started on the sandwiches.
• Assemble each sandwich and cut off the crusts.
• Lay out on a plate and leave to chill in the fridge.
• Enjoy!

ENGAGEMENT RING FINGER SANDWICHES

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Split into 4 approximately 4 oz. portions and put into separate bowls.
• Combine pineapple and 4 oz. cream cheese mixture and set aside. Combine green olives and 4 oz. cream cheese and set aside. Combine cucumbers and 4 oz. cream cheese mixture and set aside (I sprinkled chopped cucumber with salt and drained it over a colander for 30 minutes and patted it with a paper towel before adding it to cream cheese). Combine pecans and 4 oz. of cream cheese mixture and set aside.
• To assemble sandwiches, spread fillings on top of white bread slices. Cut each sandwich into triangles, squares or circles. Arrange on a large platter by filling. Garnish with parsley, bacon pieces, poppy seeds, or pecans.

HAM AND EGG SALAD FINGER SANDWICHES

Steps:

• In medium bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, relish, Dijon mustard, and dill.
• Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.
• Remove crusts from bread.
• Cut each slice of bread into 2 triangles.
• Spread egg salad over bread triangles.
• Top with ham.
• Garnish with fresh dill.
• Serve immediately.
