400g fusilli pasta
100g frozen pea
50g butter
50g plain flour
600ml milk
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 x 195g cans tuna , drained
4 spring onions , sliced
198g can sweetcorn , drained
100g cheddar , grated

Steps:

  • Bring a pan of water to the boil. Add the pasta and cook, following pack instructions, until tender. Add the peas for the final 3 mins cooking time.
  • Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 mins. Add the milk, whisking constantly, then slowly bring to the boil, stirring often, until sauce thickens. Remove from the heat, add the mustard and season well.
  • Heat the grill to medium. Drain the pasta and peas, then return to the pan and stir in the tuna, spring onions, sweetcorn and sauce. Tip into a shallow baking dish, top with the cheddar and cook under the grill for 5 mins or until golden and bubbling.

Tinned tomatoes 600 g
Tinned tuna 200 g
Dry pasta 500 g
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Chili flakes 1 teaspoon
Cheddar 150 g
Fresh basil leaves 40 g
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Steps:

  • Firstly, preheat your oven to 200 degrees C. Then, boil water for your pasta, season it with salt. Then, place your pasta into the saucepan and cook for 8 minutes.
  • Next, take a big onion and finely chop it. Then, chop 2 cloves of garlic. Heat a deep pan, add some olive oil and place chopped onion and garlic. Next, add a teaspoon of chili flakes. Cook for 3 minutes. Then, add 600 g of tinned tomatoes. Mix that all together. Then, add 12 g of fresh basil leaves. Bring that to boil and let it simmer for 20 minutes. After that, add your tuna. Season with salt and pepper, and give a good mix.
  • Then, drain your pasta and add it to the sauce. Then, place the mixture into an oven-proof dish.
  • Grate 150 g of cheddar and sprinkle it over your pasta. Put a nice couple of basil leaves on top. Season with pepper. Finish with a little drizzle of olive oil on top.
  • Place your pasta into the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C.

2 1/2 cups penne pasta or pasta of your choice
14 ounces canned tuna (I prefer the tuna canned in oil)
8-12 cherry tomatoes (can use plum tomatoes as well)
1/2 cup pitted olives (we use a mixture of green and black)
2 tsp dried oregano
1 T olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (mozerella is out go-to)
14 ounces marinara/pizza sauce
Fresh basil leaves, parsley or oregano for garnish

Steps:

  • Boil the pasta according to package instructions (al dente). Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to pasta water.
  • Once cooked add pasta to a large mixing bowl, add tuna, marinara sauce, 1 teaspoon of oregano, garlic powder. Mix to combine.
  • In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish add half of the pasta mix, add a layer of half of the cheese, another pasta layer, and top with olives and tomatoes. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of oregano and finish with a layer of remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes or until cheese is properly melted.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and more oregano!

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain and toss pasta with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an ovenproof baking dish.

500 g penne pasta, cooked
425 g tuna in water, drained
1 onion, finely chopped
1 large carrot, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon low sodium chicken stock powder
1 (325 g) can corn kernels, drained
2 cups broccoli florets
425 g diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper
2 cups white sauce
1 cup grated cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a non stick fry pan.
  • Sauté the onion, carrot and celery until onion is opaque.
  • Add in the basil, oregano and pepepr and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the tomato paste and cook one minute.
  • Add the can of diced tomatoes and stock powder, stir well.
  • Half fill the can of tomatoes with water and add to the pan.
  • Cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Throw in the corn, tuna and broccoli and mix in the cooked pasta.
  • Transfer to a baking dish, evenly pour over the white sauce and top with grated cheese.
  • Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes until cheese is nice and golden brown.

1 lb egg noodles
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 (14 ounce) can tuna, drained
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup frozen peas and carrot

Steps:

  • Boil water for pasta, cook according to package. Add frozen peas & carrots in last 4 minutes of cooking.
  • Heat 1 tbsp butter in skillet, add onion and celery, season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Cook on low for 10 minutes, until soft.
  • In sauce pan, heat 2 tbsp butter, 1tbsp flour, whisk, 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk. Add parmsean cheese, salt, pepper, white pepper, paprika, garlic powder, dried rosemary. Heat on low until thickened.
  • Add tuna and lemon pepper, to onion and celery.
  • Add tuna mixture to sauce, stir well. Toss with drained pasta and veggies.
  • Add more cheese if desired.
