EASY TACO SAUCE / QUESADILLA DIP / CHIP DIP
I found this recipe online when I had made quesadillas and realized I was out of salsa. The ingredients don't sound great but it was fantastic!!!

- Mix all ingredients together and serve cold or heat up in a sauce pan.
- NOTE: I always use Taco Seasoning Mix Recipe #2642 and this is what I did with this and it was wonderful!

SUPER QUICK CHIP DIP
I love this dip because I always have these ingredients around the house, and because I really, really love garlic. I know it's not the best dip you can make (or buy) but I searched this site earlier today for an easy, quick recipe on the spur of the moment. Not finding anything that I had the time or ingredients for, I decided to make and post the recipe my mom taught me when I was a little kid. I hope you enjoy it, and maybe use it as a base for something fantastic!

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Taste it, and adjust garlic and Worcestershire sauce as needed.
- Serve with potato chips. Note: I usually use MUCH more garlic powder and W. sauce, because as I said, I love garlic. Please feel free to adjust the amounts to suit your taste because honestly I just guessed at all this, having never measured anything for it before.

This is a scrumptious taco dip. When I use all low-fat ingredients, such as low-fat sour cream and low-fat Cheddar, it still comes out so delicious! Serve with baked tortilla chips for dipping.

- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread this mixture in a 9-inch (or a little larger) round serving dish. Top the mixture with lettuce, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, bell pepper and black olives.

- Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain and return to skillet. Stir in taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer uncovered for 3-4 minutes (stirring often), until thickened.
- To prepare one quesadilla: Spread ¼ cup of cheese on half of a tortilla. Sprinkle with about ¼ - ½ cup of the taco meat. Add another layer of cheddar on top of the meat.
