SWISS CHICKEN
This is a wonderful recipe. This was given to our family years ago by a good friend through the Boy Scouts. My brother would eat it all if he was allowed to and now my children who are both little love this dish. For people on a low budget this is an easy meal to make and it is easy to reheat. My mother, who does not eat chicken, loves the topping of this dish.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F(175 degrees C).
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the chicken breasts, soup and water. Top each breast with a slice of Swiss cheese, then top it all with the breadcrumbs. Cut the butter or margarine into pads and place them over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Let cool and serve.

SWISS CHICKEN
I combined various recipes for this dish I have found over the years. This is has been the "crowd-pleaser". It's a simple and absolutely delicious baked dish! Everyone will love it!

Steps:
- Lightly grease a 13x9 baking dish and place chicken breasts in dish.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper and italian seasoning (optional).
- Top each chicken breast with 1 or 2 slices of cheese (however you'd like it).
- In a seperate bowl, combine mushroom soup and milk, stir until lumps are gone. Pour over chicken.
- Top with stuffing mix and drizzle melted butter all over.
- Cover. Bake for 45-50 mins @ 350.
- Remove cover, continue to bake for 5-10 minutes to crisp the stuffing.
SWISS CHICKEN
Here's a good quick chicken recipe with elegance. If you like, you may add milk or water in place of the dry wine.

- Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Top chicken with Swiss cheese.
- Combine soup and wine and stir until well mixed.
- Spoon soup mixture evenly over chicken.
- Sprinkle with crumbled stuffing mix and drizzle melted butter over crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes to one hour.
EASY SWISS CHICKEN DINNER
A very easy, tasty chicken casserole. You can change the cheese used for a change. You can also use fat free soup to lower the calories. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.

- Cook Broccoli until almost tender.
- Place in a 13 x 9 baking dish which has been sprayed with cooking spray (such as Pam) Cover with chicken.
- Place slices of onions on chicken.
- Cover the chicken and onions with sliced Swiss cheese.
- Mix the soups with the wine and pour over the mixture in the pan.
- Sprinkle with Paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
