- 1. Heat oil in a large wok or high-sided skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and zucchini and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- 2. Add soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.

- Mix all the ingredients in the Brown Sauce, stir well and set aside.
- Heat up your pan/skillet/wok and add the oil. When the oil is heated, add the ginger and stir-fry until aromatic, follow by the shrimp. Stir-fry the shrimp until the surface turns opaque, then add in the zucchini, carrots, and mushrooms.

Steps:
- Quarter zucchini lengthwise.
- Slice off the soft seed core; it's ok if some seeds remain.
- Arrange the zucchini, cut side up, on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with salt, set aside for 10 mins.
- Blot the zucchini quarters dry with paper towels.
- Cut quarters into 2 inch lengths.
- Mix soy sauce, hoisin, sherry and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over med-high heat for 1 min.
- Pour in canola/peanut oil; when oil starts to shimmer and ripple (very hot), add zucchini.
- Saute until zucchini browns and softens slightly (don't overcook- it might turn mushy), about 4 mins.
- Add garlic and chilli flakes, saute for about 15 sec.
- Add the sauce mixture, stir and cook just long enough for liquid to reduce and coat the zucchini (about 20 sec).
- Remove from wok, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.

- In a small mixing bowl whisk together soy sauce with cornstarch, then whisk in chicken broth, oyster sauce, sesame oil and honey. Set aside.
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a non-stick 12-inch skillet (that's deep, or use a saute pan or wok) over medium-high heat.
- Dab chicken dry with paper towels, season with a pinch of salt. Add chicken to skillet spacing pieces apart in an even layer.
- Cook chicken through, turning halfway through cooking, about 6 minutes total (center should be 165 degrees and should no longer be pink). Transfer to a plate or sheet of foil, leaving oil in skillet.
- Add another 1 Tbsp oil to skillet. Add in carrots and onions and saute 4 minutes.
- Add in broccoli, bell pepper, peas, ginger and garlic and saute until nearly tender about 4 minutes.
- Whisk soy sauce mixture once more, then pour into pan and cook, tossing constantly, until sauce has thickened and veggies are tender, about 1 - 2 minutes.
- Toss in chicken. Season with more soy sauce to taste if desired.
- Serve immediately over white or brown rice. If desired sprinkle with red pepper flakes or sesame seeds or drizzle with sriracha.

- First, peel and crush the cloves of garlic.
- Then, rinse zucchini and cut them into rounds long 2 inches, then cut zucchini chunks into quarters.
- After that, drop the olive oil into a pan and place over medium heat. When the oil is hot but not smoking, pour the garlic.
- Now, sautè the garlic until golden, then take out from the pan and save it aside. Raise the flame, then pour zucchini into the pan.
- Finally, Sear zucchini until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- When the zucchini are golden brown, lower the heat and add 2 tbsp of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and the golden garlic we previously saved.
- Salt as needed, stir well and cover with a lid.
- Then, cook until are zucchini well cooked but not mushy.
- Turn off the heat and complete pan fried zucchini with the remaining of grated cheese, a dash of black pepper and a sprinkle of minced fresh parsley.

- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Once oil is hot, sauté garlic, white parts of scallion, and red chilies until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add zucchini into the pan, stir to mix well, and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the zucchini is tender but still crispy.
- Mix together soy sauce, sugar, Shaoxing wine, and Chinese black vinegar, then pour this sauce mixture into the pan. Gently toss to coat the zucchini.

- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, and 1 teaspoon granulated sugar. Set aside while you prep the remaining ingredients.
- In a small bowl or large liquid measuring cup, stir together the remaining 3 tablespoons soy sauce, remaining 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, remaining 1 teaspoon sugar, the ginger, garlic, water, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

- Rinse all the veggies. Slice onions and bell peppers thin. Chop zucchini to ¼ inch thickness. Chop ginger and garlic.
