EASY POPCORN BALLS
This is the perfect treat to make with your kids on a winter afternoon! With just 3 ingredients, they're simple and delicious!

Steps:
- Melt the two sticks of butter in a large pot (I use my large stock-pot).
- Pop one cup of popcorn. (We have an electric popcorn popper that we found at the thrift store for very cheap. We buy popcorn in bulk from our food co-op.)
- When the butter is melted, pour the bag of marshmallows into the pot with it and stir until the marshmallows melt.
- Pour the popped corn into the melted butter and marshmallow mixture and stir until all the popcorn is coated. Grease hands with butter (this is the part kids like to help with).
- When the popcorn is cool enough that you can hold it in your hands without getting burned, form it into balls. Lay the balls on waxed paper to cool.

Steps:
- Line a large baking sheet (or two) with wax or parchment paper.
- Put the prepared popcorn in a very large mixing bowl.
- Place the butter and mini marshmallows in a large non-metal bowl and microwave on high until the marshmallows are puffy (1 ½-2 minutes).
- Spray a silicon spoon or spatula with non-stick spray and stir the jello mix into the marshmallow mixture to fully combine.
- Spoon the marshmallow mixture into the popcorn and stir to fully coat the popcorn.
- Spray hands with non-stick cooking spray and roll the popcorn mixture into balls approximately 3-inches in diameter. Roll a gummy worm into each ball so it sticks out.
- Place the balls on the prepared pan(s) to set. NOTE: if the balls begin to separate before setting due to the position of the gummy worm, squeeze the ball together and allow to set.
- Once fully set wrap with plastic wrap and store at room temperature.

SALTY AND SWEET POPCORN BALLS
Steps:
- Light coat a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Combine the popcorn, pretzel pieces, 1 cup of the peanut butter chips and 1 cup of the milk chocolate chips in a large bowl. Toss to distribute evenly.
- Melt the butter, confectioners' sugar, corn syrup and marshmallows in a large microwave-safe bowl in 15 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until completely melted.
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn mixture and stir until evenly coated. Quickly, but gently form twelve 2 1/2-to-3-inch-diameter balls with either your hands or a large cookie scoop lightly coated with cooking spray. Pretend you're making snowballs, but don't pack them too hard. Place each of them in a well of the prepared muffin tin so they hold their shape as they cool.
- When the popcorns balls are cool, melt the remaining 1/2 cup peanut butter chips, the remaining 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips and the white chocolate chips in each of 3 small microwave-safe bowls in 15 second intervals, stirring occasionally. Transfer the melted chips to each of 3 small piping bags or resealable bags. Snip the tips and drizzle over the popcorn balls. Top evenly with the crushed potato chips and let set, about 30 minutes, before serving.

Steps:
- bring to boil butter, sugar, syrup.
- add condensed milk- boil 5 minute.
- remove from heat and add vanilla.
- strain seeds from popcorn.
- pour hot mixture over popcorn and mix.
- grease hands and make balls out of mixture.
- *extra note;
- To remove the seeds, I usually take two bowls and lift out the popcorn by the hand fulls and shaking it, then dumping it into the extra bowl. When I get to the bottom, there lies most of the seeds. I just discard them and go on with the rest.
- Hope you can visualize that and that it helps!
