OVEN BAKED BARBECUED PORK CHOPS
This is my daughter DeLena's recipe. She normally does hers in the microwave, but I love them in the oven. It adds something to the barbecue flavor if you use the oven.

Steps:
- 1. Season the chops with salt and 1 teaspoon of the pepper. Place them in a shallow baking dish. Preheat oven to 350°.
- 2. Stir together the vinegar, barbecue sauce, (brown sugar if used), onion, garlic, and the remaining black pepper. Pour over and around the chops.
- 3. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove foil and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes, basting occasionally with the pan sauce, until chops reach an internal temperature of 160° or they are no longer pink inside.
- 4. To cook them in the microwave: Use a microwave-safe baking dish. Follow directions as above, but do not cover with foil. Cover with waxed paper or a microwavable vented lid. Microwave about 3 minutes at a time, basting with the pan sauce after each 3 minutes. This usually takes about 12 minutes, or 3 minutes per chop. Check frequently to see if pink is gone inside, and do not cook too long or they will get tough.

- Place chops, overlapping slightly if necessary, in a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 40 minutes, turning chops halfway through cooking.

OVEN BBQ PORK CHOPS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large skillet over medium high heat heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, add pork chops and brown them on both sides. Place in a casserole. In a bowl mix together chopped onion, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, water, vinegar, chili sauce, brown sugar, dry mustard, hot pepper sauce, pour mixture over chops. Cover and roast for 40 minutes. Uncover casserole and roast for 20 minutes more
EASY OVEN-BARBECUED PORK CHOPS
Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 F. Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in the foil-lined pan and scatter the onion slices over the chops.
- To make the barbecue sauce, whisk together all of the ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
- Bake the pork chops, uncovered, for 1 hour, or until the meat is tender.
- Transfer the pork chops to a platter and spoon the sauce over them.

EASY BAKED BBQ PORK CHOPS

- Preheat oven to 440 degrees F (227 degrees C).
- Whisk onion, ketchup, vinegar, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl until barbeque sauce is smooth.
- Place pork chops on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Top each pork chop with 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce.
