FLAVOR GALORE in this cup of Hot Tea!! The blending flavors of orange and cinnamon stand out in this tea. Great to have when relaxing or as an aid in doctoring a bad cold. Quick and easy to prepare

10 ounces hot brewed tea (use 2 packets)
1 teaspoon sugar or 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 orange

Steps:

  • In a large mug or coffee cup prepare hot tea. (I microwave 10 ounces of water for 1 minute and steep 2 tea packets.)
  • Stir in sugar and cinnamon.
  • Cut 2 slices from orange and cut slices in half. Squeeze juice from remaining orange into cup.
  • Enjoy!

Steps:

  • Combine all of the ingredients into a blender. Pulse until smooth and fully combined.
  • Pour into a popsicle mold.
  • Freeze 30-40 minutes.
  • Once somewhat solid, but not completely, push a popsicle stick into the center.
  • Freeze 4 additional hours or until solid.

18 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted margarine
1 quart vanilla ice cream
6 ounces orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup Cool Whip
6 oranges, silces

Steps:

  • In small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom and sides of 9" pie plate. Set aside. In large bowl, with electric mixer on medium speed, blend ice cream and orange juice concentrate; spread in prepared crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Before serving, garnish with Cool Whip and orange slices.

This is an excruciatingly easy way to enjoy orange tea. It is simply hot orange tea with French vanilla coffee creamer powder added. When I was pregnant with my daughter and trying to avoid caffeine, this is the beverage on which I thrived.

6 -8 ounces water, boiling
1 tea bag, orange flavored, caffein free
1 tablespoon coffee creamer, french vanilla flavored (I use Nestle Coffee Mate Fat Free French Vanilla)

Steps:

  • In a tea kettle, bring water to a boil.
  • Meanwhile, place tea bag in a teacup.
  • When water is boiling hot, pour desired amount over tea bag and steep for 8-10 minutes or until desired color/flavor is reached.
  • Carefully remove tea bag and stir in creamer.
