Quick and EASY hot artichoke dip! It only takes 15 minutes to make, and everyone loves it. Make it with artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, and mayo.

2 (14-ounce) cans water-packed artichokes, drained (not oil-packed!)
8 ounces Parmesan cheese, freshly grated (about 2 cups)
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
To serve:
Crackers
Toasted slices of baguette
Endive leaves

Steps:

  • Coarsely chop the drained artichokes.

Only 3 ingredients (no spinach!) and so deliciously cheesy! Served hot with wheat thins or etc. Makes a pretty small bowl, 'cuz it is so rich, so you may need to double for parties.

1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Drain artichokes. Grind in food processor until only small chunks remain.
  • Mix all together in an oven-proof dish.
  • Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
  • Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, because it comes out very hot!

1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Drain artichoke.
  • Place in mixing bowl, mash, add cream cheese, mayo, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
  • Blend well, turn into shallow baking dish.
  • Bake 15 minutes@ 350 or until bubbly.
  • Serve with Bagel Chips (garlic is very good).

1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • Combine all ingredients except paprika in a small baking dish or pie pan.
  • Cook for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
