EASY HOMEMADE BREAD (NO YEAST)

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.
- Add the buttermilk and 2 tablespoons melted butter and mix just until combined.
- Generously flour your work surface. Scrape the dough onto your work surface then sprinkle the top of it with additional flour. With very light pressure, turn the dough so that it is coated on all sides with flour then knead it a maximum of eight times. Shape it into a 6-inch domed round.
- Transfer the dough to a nonstick baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Using a sharp knife, cut a large "X" across the top then brush the top with the remaining 1 tablespoon melted butter.
- Bake the bread for about 35 minutes or until it is no longer doughy in the center. Remove it from the oven and set it aside to cool before slicing and serving.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375F. Grease and flour an 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- In bowl combine flour, baking powder, sugar, kosher salt and garlic powder until blended.
- Add milk, egg and melted butter and stir just until a wet dough forms.
- Transfer to prepared pan.
- Bake 55 minutes or until baked through and hollow when tapped.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes. Transfer loaf to baking rack, loosening edges with a knife if necessary, and cool or eat warm if you can't resist!
- Cut into thick slices aand enjoy!

EASY PITA BREAD (NO YEAST)
This recipe is very easy and quick to make and yields a soft yet sturdy pita bread that can be used in all sorts of mediterranian recipes. YUM! Note please: The dough needs to rest for 40 minutes.

Steps:
- In a big bowl combine flour and salt. Mix in olive oil and water.
- Knead into a soft and sturdy dough. It should be smooth. Cover the bowl and allow to rest for 40 minutes at room temperature.
- Form dough into about 7 equally sized balls. Roll out the balls to 1/2 inch thickness (note: these wont rise much, so make them as thick as youd like them to be in the end.).
- Place on a paper-lined baking sheet, brush with water and sprinkle with the sesame and nigella seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
