Steps:
- Preparation: Mince a clove of garlic. Cut a 1 inch piece of ginger and peel the thin skin with a spoon. Mince the ginger and add it to the garlic. Cut the pork loin into thin strips and mix with 1 tbsp. oil and the ginger and garlic.
- Cut the red bell pepper into strips and place into the bottom of a medium bowl. Cut the green onions (scallions) into 2 inch pieces, including some of the green stems and add them to the bowl. Cut the broccoli florets into large bite sized pieces, layering them on top.
- Add the sweetener and cornstarch (arrowroot) to a small bowl and mix together. Stir in the Tamari soy sauce, dry sherry and sesame oil.
- Method: Place the wok over high heat. It's ready when a drop of water skips across the surface. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and quickly tilt the wok to coat all surfaces. Pour out the remaining oil. Place the wok back onto the heat and begin adding the pork to the sides and bottom of the pan. Leave the pork undisturbed until it has cooked half way through; the bottom half will turn white. Stir the pork and cook until it is almost cooked through. Remove from the pan to the serving bow.
- Dump the bowl of vegetables into the wok with the broccoli in the bottom. Cover with a lid and cook for 1 minute. Stir the vegetables and add the pork and any juices back to the pan. Stir the pork and vegetables together. Stir the stir fry sauce and pour it over the pork and vegetables. Push the pork stir fry to the sides and let the sauce boil at the bottom of the wok, stirring occasionally for several seconds until the sauce thickens.
- If you would like the sauce a little thicker, remove the stir fried pork and vegetables to the serving bowl and let the sauce cook a little longer. Pour the sauce over the stir fry when it reaches your desired level of thickness. Serve.

Steps:
- Cook rice according to instructions on your package. I like to use a rice cooker. If using a pot on the stove, I recommend rinsing your rice 2-4 times, then placing in a large pot. I use the finger method (see above) to measure the rice, which usually comes to about 1 1/2 cups of water per 1 cup of rice. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil, then reduce to a lower simmer for 25 minutes. Remove from heat (but don't touch the lid!) and let "steam" for another 10 minutes off the heat before serving, if time allows.
- Heat a large pan or wok over high heat. Dump in the ground pork/beef and let cook, undisturbed for a few minutes until it is dark brown on the bottom. Flip and repeat on the other side.
- When the pork is cooked through, add 1 Tablespoon soy sauce and break up the meat, cooking until it is browned on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium-high. Drain off most of the oil, leaving enough to cook the vegetables (about a tablespoon or so). If you have lean meat, you might need to add a Tablespoon of butter or coconut oil. Add the onions and mushrooms and sauté until the mushrooms are a little brown.
- Add the carrots and cook for about 5 minutes more. (Note: if using grated carrot here, just add with the next step with the leafy greens, no need to cook for the extra 5 minutes.)
- Add the ginger, garlic, cayenne powder, rice vinegar, 1 Tablespoon tamari/soy sauce, and the leafy greens. Cook until wilted, then mix in the meat.
- Taste, add remaining 1 Tablespoon soy sauce if needed, and adjust seasoning as desired. Serve over rice and enjoy!

Steps:
- In a liquid measuring cup or a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mild honey, sriracha, and rice wine vinegar. Set aside.
- Pour the oil into a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium high heat and swirl to coat. Let it heat until it is shimmering. While the oil heats, sprinkle the pork strips with kosher salt and black pepper then toss with your hands to distribute it evenly. Carefully add the pork to the pan, working in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan. Let the first side brown, flip the pieces with tongs or a spatula, and brown the second side. Transfer the pork to a plate.
- Return the pan to the heat and add in the garlic and ginger. Stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Raise the heat to high and pour in the sauce mixture and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. When the sauce is very bubbly and thickened like warm honey, toss the pork back in and toss constantly to coat everything and reduce the sauce to a thick, sticky glaze on the pork. This can be served immediately over rice, noodles, or as finger food, or can be allowed to cool and be eaten cold.

Steps:
- To a medium pot, bring water to a boil over high heat, cook the noodles according to package directions (likely 90 to 120 seconds), drain, rinse; set aside. While you're waiting for the water to boil and the noodles to cook, move on to the next steps.
- To a large, high-sided skillet, add the oils, onion, boy choy, and saute over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, or until vegetables are beginning to soften; stir frequently.
- Add the pork, bell pepper, carrots, and cook over medium high heat for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until pork is cooked through and all vegetables are tender. Crumble pork as it cooks and stir frequently to ensure even cooking. At any point in cooking add additional olive oil if necessary.
- Add the broccoli and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, ginger, and stir to combine. Turn the heat to low and allow the food to simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until broccoli is as crisp tender as desired. Stir thoroughly to ensure food is coated evenly with sauces.
- Taste the dish and if desired add salt or pepper (I did not need either), extra soy sauce, or chili garlic sauce for additional spiciness.
- Optionally garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

- SAUCE: In a small bowl, whisk the soy sauce and cornstarch together with a fork until smooth. Add in the rice vinegar, finely minced ginger, finely minced garlic, chili sauce (See Note 1), chicken broth, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper (I add 1/4 teaspoon of each). Whisk to combine and set aside.
- PREP VEGGIES: Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and then cut into half moons about 1/2-inch thick. Trim green beans and cut into 1-inch pieces. Set aside. Line a large shallow bowl with paper towel and set aside.
- COOK PORK: Heat a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, drizzle 1 tablespoon of the oil around the pan, add the pork, and season with salt and pepper to taste (I add a pinch of each). Let cook without touching for 30 seconds, and then break the pork into small, bite-sized pieces and continue cooking until golden brown, about 6-9 minutes. Transfer pork to paper-towel-lined bowl and set aside.
- COOK VEGGIES: Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and increase heat to high. Add beans and zucchini when the pan is very hot, spreading out to cover the base of the pan. Leave for 1 minute and then quickly stir, spread them out again, and cook for 30 more seconds. Repeat that process once more (for a total of 2 and 1/2 minutes cook time) until veggies are charred but still tender crisp (not soggy). Reduce the heat to low. Add pork back in and stir to combine. Pour in the stir fry sauce.
