BAKED PORK CHOPS

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Combine the panko, oil, Parmesan, Italian seasoning and 3/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Put the pork chops in a large bowl and toss to coat with 1 tablespoon water. Place the pork chops in the bag and shake well to coat, pressing the breadcrumb mixture firmly into the meat.
- Place the pork chops on a wire rack set on a baking sheet and top evenly with any breadcrumbs remaining in the bag. Bake until the breadcrumbs are dark golden and the internal temperature of the chops registers 145 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer (avoid touching bone), 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges if using.

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.
- Mix together the flour, black pepper, seasoning salt and salt on a plate.
- Sprinkle the pork chops with a little salt and black pepper on both sides, then, one at a time, dredge in the flour mixture and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the butter has melted and the oil is hot, cook the pork chops in groups of 4, until golden on both sides, 5 to 6 minutes total. Keep the chops warm in the oven until they are all cooked, then serve.

- Combine first 6 ingredients; pour over chops in shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.
- Heat oven to 425ºF. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, following microwave directions. Stir in cheese; set aside. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Place chops in 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with stuffing; cover with foil.
- Bake 10 min.; remove foil. Continue baking an additional 15 to 20 min. or until chops are done (145ºF). Let stand 3 min.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Rinse pork chops, pat dry, and season with garlic powder and seasoning salt to taste. Place the beaten eggs in a small bowl. Dredge the pork chops lightly in flour, dip in the egg, and coat liberally with bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the pork chops 5 minutes per side, or until the breading appears well browned. Transfer the chops to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and cover with foil.
