EASY BEAN DIP
A rich cream bean dip full of flavor! Loads of cheese and a handful of jalapenos take this dip to the next level!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Slice green onions dividing the white and green portions. Set the green part aside.
- Combine cream cheese, refried beans, taco seasoning and sour cream with a hand mixer on until fluffy.
- Add the whites of the onions, jalapenos, chiles and 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
- Spread into a 2qt (or 8x8) baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake 20-25 minutes or hot and cheese is melted.
- Serve with tortilla chips.

- Preheat the oven to 350-degrees Fahrenheit, and ensure your cream cheese and sour cream are softened.
- In a large bowl, combine the refried beans, softened cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, green chiles and half of the shredded cheese.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture together until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Spread the mixture into an 8x8" baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar on top. Bake the bean dip for 20 minutes, or until the edges start to barely bubble.
- Let cool slightly, and then spread store-bought pico de gallo on top before serving with tortilla chips.

EASY & DELICIOUS BEAN DIP
This recipe is an old family recipe. It's super easy and delicious! It is a wonderful finger-food or appetizer. We always make it for the Superbowl, Christmas parties, New Year's Eve, and other get-togethers.

Steps:
- Chop onion very finely.
- Place ground-beef and chopped onion in large frying pan. Brown beef with onion on medium heat until beef is browned through and onion is tender.
- Drain oil from beef mixture and discard.
- Sprinkle teaspoon garlic salt over beef. Add refried beans, green chiles and water to beef mixture. Depending on the consistencey you want, you can add more water. Stir well.
- Cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
- While cooking, grate your cheese.
- Once the mixture has cooked for 10 minutes, add grated cheese. Stir until cheese is completely melted.
- Serve with Fritos (I like Fritos best!) or tortilla chips.

This is a great, simple bean dip recipe that my mom taught me in college. Great for entertaining and cookouts...you just need a bag of Tostitos to go with it!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients except for the shredded cheese together in Pyrex baking dish (you may have to soften the cream cheese).
- Spread the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until cheese on top is thoroughly melted. Enjoy with chips!
