Easy to make Venison Crock pot steaks

24 ounces of Venison - cube steaks
1/2 cup balsamic Vinegar
1 can low sodium Cream of mushroom soup
1 onion sliced into rings
1/2 cup of ketchup

Steps:

  • rinse Venison, and let marinade in balsamic Vinegar in refrigerator, (this helps take out the gamey flavor of venison). Discard vinegar and rinse again. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Add Venison, soup, onions and ketchup to crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

1 green pepper, sliced
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms

Steps:

  • 1. Mix salt and pepper.
  • 2. Coat venison and place in crock pot.
  • 3. Mix other ingredients and cover venison.
  • 4. Cook on Low for 6-7 hours.
  • 5. Serve with rice.
