SUPER EASY 4 INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE WITH A CAKE MIX

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°.
• Combine cookie ingredients in large bowl and mix with a hand held mixer {or by hand} until completely incorporated.
• Using a medium sized cookie scoop {1.5 tablespoon}, scoop cookies into a bowl with sugar. Roll cookie dough ball completely in sugar and place onto a silicone mat or parchment lined cookie sheet. Using the tines of a fork make a crisscross pattern into the top of each cookie.

• Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
• Mix all ingredients with large spoon until well blended.
• Roll into 24 balls; place, 4 inches apart, on baking sheets. Flatten with fork.

• Cool 5 min. on baking sheets; transfer to wire racks. Cool completely.

CAKE MIX PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the cake mix in a large bowl, making a well in the center of the mix. Add the peanut butter, vegetable oil, eggs, and water to the well. Mix the peanut butter and other ingredients into the cake mix until incorporated. Drop the cookie dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Dip the tines of a fork in water, letting any excess drip off. Then use the fork to gently flatten the cookies, turning the fork and pressing down again to form the traditional crisscross pattern. Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°
• With your mixer, beat together cake mix, oil and eggs until combined.
• Pour in entire bag of Reese's Minis.
• Mix on low until Reese's are evenly incorporated.
• Roll the dough into tablespoon sized balls and place n a parchment lined baking sheet about 2″ apart. Cookies will spread.
• Bake for 8-9 minutes.

EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES (CAKE MIX)

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Pour the cake mix into a large bowl. Make a well in the center, and add peanut butter, applesauce, egg substitute Mix until well blended if necessary add water. Dough should be stiff.
• Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly using a fork dipped in water.
• Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Let cookies set on cookie sheet for 2 to 3 minutes before carefully removing from the cookie sheet to cool on wire racks.

EASY PEANUT BUTTER CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350. Cover an 8 x 8 dish with tin foil and spray the foil with cooking spray.
• In a large microwave safe bowl, melt butter halfway. Add peanut butter and melt for 30 seconds. Whisk together until well mixed and creamy.

• For the cookie cake: In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar, about 1 minute. Add the egg, vanilla, milk, baking soda, and salt, and mix until combined. Slowly add the flour, and mix until the dough just comes together, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary. Stir in the M&Ms or chocolate chips.
• Spray a 9- or 10-inch round cake pan with cooking spray, or line with foil and spray with cooking spray for easy removal and cleanup. Press the dough into the pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. When the dough is cold, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Let cool completely before frosting.
