- In a large skillet, combine your ground beef, minced garlic, Worcestershire, and soy sauce. Stir occasionally until the ground beef is fully cooked.
- In a medium pot, add in water and your rice. Follow the directions on the back of the package.
- Add in the beef stock and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in your black beans.
- Whisk in the flour and allow it to simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Taste and add in salt and pepper, to your liking.
- Serve on top of rice.

- Add the green bell pepper, corn, black beans, ROTEL, broth, taco seasoning, and rice to the skillet and mix well. Turn the heat to high and bring to a boil, then cover and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Remove from the heat, then sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top. Place the lid back on for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese melts.

- In the same skillet, place the bacon grease and the white rice. Saute over medium heat until the rice is light golden brown.
- Add 2 1/2 cups water, rotel, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and salsa. Simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
- Add black beans to pan, stir, and continue cooking for about 10-15 more minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
