Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350ºF.In a saucepan heat the olive oil over medium heat.Add the onion and cook 5 minutes.Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.Add the mushrooms and cook until tender, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.Add the arrowroot flour and stir until golden.Add the stock and bring to a low simmer, stirring until combined.Stir in the mayonnaise and egg and season with salt and pepper.Layer the broccoli on bottom of baking dish.Pour the saucepan mixture all over and toss to combine.Bake until golden, 30 minutes.Serve warm.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
• Put broccoli in a large microwave-safe bowl with a small amount of water in the bottom; cook in microwave until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain liquid from bowl. Stir mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise with the broccoli until evenly mixed; pour into prepared casserole dish.
• Mix bread crumbs and melted butter together in a separate bowl; spread evenly over the broccoli mixture.
• Bake in preheated oven until the surface is bubbling, 20 to 30 minutes.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
• Cut biscuits into quarters; arrange them to cover bottom of prepared baking pan. Bake in preheated oven until biscuits have started to cook but are not done, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
• Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper together in a mixing bowl.
• Place a non-stick skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Spoon in the corned beef hash. Cook and stir until hot and beginning to crisp up, 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour in egg mixture and continue to stir until eggs have started to cook but are not set, about 30 seconds.
• Spread egg and hash mixture evenly over biscuits. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese. Spread prepared country gravy over the top and bake until cooked through, about 45 minutes.
