Steps:
- Blend half a package (approximately 2 1/4 cups) cake mix, water, and egg in a mixing bowl.
- Beat at medium speed until batter is smooth.
- Pour half the batter into a greased 9" square pan.
- Combine remaining cake mix with cinnamon; add melted butter (or margarine) and vanilla.
- Toss with a fork to form large crumbs.
- Sprinkle half of crumb mixture over batter in pan.
- Arrange 1 cup of apple slices over crumb mixture.
- Carefully spoon on remaining batter.
- Arrange rest of apple slices over batter.
- Dot with the butter and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake in 350 degree oven 40-45 minutes or until done.
- Serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 10 inch tube pan. Cover raisins with warm water, let soak for 10 minutes and then drain. Whisk together flour, spices, and salt. Set aside.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking pan.
- Place the pecans on a sheet pan and toast them for 5 to 10 minutes, until lightly toasted. Set aside. Combine the rum and raisins in a small bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 60 seconds. Set aside.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla, and orange zest on medium speed for 3 minutes. - Make the cake: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with foil, leaving an overhang on 2 sides; coat with cooking spray.
- Whisk the flour, pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk the melted butter, both sugars, sour cream, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Stir the grated apple and the flour mixture into the butter mixture with a rubber spatula until combined.

Steps:
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the dates in a bowl and toss them with 2 tablespoons of the flour until lightly coated (this will prevent them from sinking in the cake batter during baking).
- Beat the eggs and sugar in a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment (or using a hand mixer) until fluffy. With the mixer running, slowly pour in the oil. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, and vanilla. Mix into the egg mixture. Steps:
- In a bowl, mix the pudding mix, milk, whipped topping, and a pinch of nutmeg.
- Layer the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with 1 package cinnamon graham crackers. Top with 1/2 the pudding mixture. Layer with another package graham crackers. Spread the apple pie filling over the crackers. Top with another package graham crackers. Layer with remaining pudding mixture, and top all with remaining package of graham crackers.

- I use Bakers Joy spray.
- Put apple pie filling in large bowl and chop large pieces of apple into small pieces.
- Add spice cake mix, ground cinnamon and the 3 beaten eggs.
- Beat for 1 minute on low speed.
- Scrape sides of bowl.
- Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.
