Steps:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta. Combine the basil, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil in a blender and blend to a puree. Add the cheese, salt and pepper, and blend again.
- Cook the pasta in the boiling, salted water until al dente, about 3 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add the pesto and toss. Taste for salt and pepper, and add a drizzle of oil, if you like.

- Into a large pot or deep saute pan, add Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) and the Garlic (4 clove) and cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
- To the pot, add Butter (1 tablespoon) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
- Add Chicken Stock (3 cup) and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the Angel Hair Pasta (250 gram). Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
- Once the pasta has absorbed most of the liquid, turn the temperature down to medium.
- Add the Fresh Parsley (1 tablespoon), Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 cup) and Cream (3/4 cup) and stir through until the cheese has completely melted.
- Serve as is or as a side dish. You can also add some pancetta or cooked chicken bits at the end. Enjoy!

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon salt. Cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water, then drain.
- While the water boils and pasta cooks, prep your vegetables and remaining ingredients: mince the garlic; halve the cherry tomatoes; drain and roughly chop the artichokes; drain and slice the olives in half. Once the vegetables start cooking, the recipe goes quickly, so you want to be ready.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the tomatoes, garlic, the remaining 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring frequently, until the garlic is fragrant and the tomatoes begin to break down and release some juices into the oil, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Add the artichokes and olives. Drizzle the lemon juice over the pasta. Continue tossing and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until warmed through. - Prepare boiling water for pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. (1 tablespoon of salt for every 2 quarts of water).
- Cook garlic and herbs: While the water is heating in step 1, heat the olive oil in a small saucepan on medium heat. Add the sliced garlic, chili pepper flakes, finely chopped herbs, and chopped parsley to the oil. Cook for one minute or until the parsley has wilted and the garlic is emitting a strong fragrance. Remove from heat.

- Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet on high heat.
- When skillet is hot, spray with oil and add shrimp.
- Cook shrimp about 1 to 2 minutes in each side until ALMOST cooked through and remove from the pan. Set aside.
- Reduce skillet heat to medium, add olive oil and garlic and sauté until golden, careful not to burn, about 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Simmer until tender, about 4 minutes.
- Add the white wine and broth and stir, cook 1 minute then add the asparagus, salt, pepper and herbs.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes on medium low heat, until the vegetables are tender.
- While sauce is simmering, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta al dente. Drain when done.
- After sauce simmers 10 minutes, return shrimp to sauce and finish cooking, about 1 minute (Do not overcook or shrimp will get tough).
- Add pasta to the sauce and toss well.
- Divide equally in 4 bowls and top with a good grated cheese.

- season chicken with salt and pepper
- on a medium heat add half the butter and oil to a large frypan and when the butter melts and gently foams add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes a side
- remove chicken onto a plate and cover with alfoil - see step 3 in the notes below
- add the remaining butter and oil to the pan and gently fry the garlic for a minute or two until the garlic is transparent but not browned
- add stock and bring to the boil
- add pasta and stir briefly to prevent sticking then stir occasionally while the pasta is cooking until most of the stock has been absorbed. Pasta is not fully cooked at this point
- add cream, parmesan and parsley
- mix and gently simmer until pasta is almost cooked, remove from heat- see step 8 in the notes below
- slice chicken and add to pasta tossing to coat the chicken
- serve and enjoy!

- Boil pasta according to package directions for al dente pasta. Make sure to salt the water.
- While waiting for water to boil and pasta to cook, add olive oil and butter to a large sauté pan. (You want the pan to be large enough that you will be able to add the pasta once it finishes cooking.)
- Once butter has melted, add garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Sauté, stirring constantly, until it starts to turn golden brown. Do not overcook the garlic. Once it starts to turn a light brown or golden, remove from heat.
- Once pasta is done, drain and quickly add it to the garlic, olive oil, butter mixture. Toss until evenly coated.
- Add grated Parmesan and squeeze of lemon, if desired. Toss again. At this point, taste it and decide if you need to add more salt. You can also drizzle with a little more olive oil if desired.
- Salt to taste if needed and serve immediately. I like to reserve a spoonful of the sautéed garlic to put in the center of the serving dish with a little more Parmesan cheese...as pictured.

- Put a large pot of water (approximately 5- 5 1/2 quarts of water) onto boil over high heat.Meanwhile prepare tomatoes and garlic.In a large frying pan heat olive oil over medium heat.
