Another cobbler from Season .... told you FANATIC!! This is best with fresh fruit and always better warm. The next day just warm it up in the microwave oven for 1 minute.

2 (20 ounce) cans fruit (drain all juice) or 2 -3 cups fresh fruit (drain all juice)
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Put fruit in the bottom of an 8x8 inch casserole dish.
  • Melt the butter and mix in Bisquick, sugar and milk.
  • Pour over fruit.
  • Cook for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.

1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches with juice
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
1 cup milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • Stir together peaches and juice with melted butter. Pour into prepared pan. In a small bowl mix flour, sugar and salt. Stir in milk. Pour mixture over peaches.
  • Bake on bottom rack of preheated oven 15 minutes, or until lightly browned, then move to top rack for 20 minutes more. Serve warm.

This cobbler is so very simple, and so very delicious. I am writing this recipe with peaches, however you can use any variety of canned fruit. Hope you enjoy.

1/2 cup butter
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
1 (20 ounce) can canned peaches, with fruit and juice divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees, put stick of butter in 9x13" pan and melt in oven.
  • Mix flour, sugar, and milk.
  • When your butter is melted pour your mixture into pan directly on top of butter.
  • Place peach/fruit slices into pan on top of cobbler.
  • Pour syrup over top of cobbler and bake for approximately 1 hours till crust is brown and edges are bubbley.
  • Serve hot with ice cream if you wish.
  • I put 8-10 on the servings it depends on the size of the servings.

4 tablespoons butter, divided
1 cup Master Baking Mix

Steps:

  • Thaw and chop fruit if necessary. In a saucepan, combine the fruit, 3/4 cup water, 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons butter. Cook and stir over medium heat just until mixture begins to simmer and butter is melted. Remove from the heat; set aside., In a bowl, combine baking mix and remaining sugar. Melt remaining butter.
