Ingredients

1 pkg duncan hines orange cake mix
3 eggs
1 c water
1/3 c oil
1/3 c orange juice
2 c confectioner's sugar
2 Tbsp butter, melted

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan.
2. Combine cake mix using water, oil and eggs in a lareg bowl.
3. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
4. Bake 24 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
5. Cool cake on wire rack for 5 minutes. Poke warm cake with a skewer or fork.
6. Blend confectioner's sugar, orange juice and butter in medium bowl. Pour slowly over cake.
7. Cool cake completely and frost with whipped topping.

Ingredients

1 package orange cake mix (recommended Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Orange Supreme)
1 1/3 cups water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 tablespoon water

Steps:

NOTE: If you don't have an orange-flavored cake mix on hand, a yellow cake mix is an acceptable substitute.
Just add 1 tbs of orange extract and 1 tbs grated orange peel to the batter before mixing Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour a 13x9-inch pan.
Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions.
While cake is baking, combine powdered sugar, orange juice, melted butter, and water in a medium bowl.
When cake is done, remove from oven and immediately poke holes in top with a fork or toothpick.
Pour glaze slowly over top of hot cake, allowing it to soak in.
Cool completely on a wire rack.

This yummy cake is my potluck specialty and everyone absolutely loves it. It comes from a recipe on the side of the Duncan Hines Orange Supreme cake mix. It is one of the most moist and tastiest cakes I've ever eaten. The orange cake mixes can sometimes be hard to find so another suggestion would be to use the Tropical cake mix. Either way, mmm-mmm good!!!

Ingredients

1 orange cake mix, divided
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped (optional)
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup oil
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 -2 tablespoon milk or 1 -2 tablespoon orange juice (I use 2)

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour two 9x5x3-inch loaf pans.
For streusel topping, place 2 tablespoons cake mix, brown sugar, butter or margarine and cinnamon in medium bowl.
Mix well with fork until crumbly.
Stir in pecans, if using.
Set aside.
For cake, combine remaining cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream and oil in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 3 minutes (do the entire 3 minutes).
Pour batter into pans.
Sprinkle with streusel mixture.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pans 15 minutes.
Remove loaves from pans and let cool completely.
For glaze, combine confectioners' sugar and milk or orange juice in a small bowl.
Stir until smooth.
Drizzle over cooled loaves.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with baking spray. Cake will not fit in a smaller pan so if your loaf pan is not 9x5-inch, bake in a Bundt pan instead.
Beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl with a handheld electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed for a full 4 minutes.
Pour into pan. Tap pan on counter a few times to release air bubbles. Bake in center of oven 45 to 50 minutes for loaf pan or 35 to 40 minutes for Bundt pan, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Do not open oven door while baking, it may cause the cake to sink in the center. Cool on wire rack 20 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely.
ICING: Whisk together confectioners’ sugar, orange juice and butter in small bowl. Pour over cooled cake. Let stand 10 minutes, until glaze is hardened. Slice and serve.
