Classic Dried Beef Pickle dip is a recipe classic. A twist on the beef rollups with pickle dip you can make this up in 10 minutes and have it ready for Game day or a snack to serve during game nights!

Number Of Ingredients 5

Ingredients

8 ounces Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
3/4 cup dill pickles, Cut into small pieces
5 ounces Dried Beef, (you can sub pepperoni too)
3 cloves Garlic, minced

Steps:

You can use a mixer or blend this by hand. Either way works.
In the base of a bowl place all ingredients and mix until well combined. Serve with chips, pretzels, or slices of bread.
Dip will store for up to a week if you have any left, although you will have to stir before serving. The pickles sweat some of their liquid requiring you to stir it back into the dip. You can make this ahead of time, the flavors meld better if they have time.

1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese
6 dill pickle spears, diced
1 (2 ounce) package thinly sliced dried beef, chopped

Steps:

Mix together the softened cream cheese, diced pickle, and chopped beef until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.

My Air Force Son loves "Pickle Roll Ups." This involves a slice of Buddig dried beef,spread with a thin layer of cream cheese. A pickle spear is placed on one end & the beef is rolled around the pickle. Then the rollup is sliced into 1" pieces. The last Thanksgiving he was home with his family was 1997 & I spent hours on those crazy rollups. They were all gone in about 15 minutes. NO MORE! This was my answer & he loves this spread. Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened (light is ok)
2 tablespoons sour cream (light is ok)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups dill pickles, chopped (use whole Kosher dills)
6 ounces dried beef (3 of the 2 ounce pkg of Buddig)
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (more to taste)

Steps:

Chop dill pickles into pieces slightly larger than pickle relish, about 1/4". Measure 1 1/2 cups & set aside.
Use a knife to cut dried beef into pieces, about 1/2". Set aside.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, onion & garlic powder. Process til smooth.
Scrape into large bowl & stir in rest of ingredients.
Chill til ready to serve.
Serve with Ritz crackers.
I don't recommend putting pickles & beef in processor because this dip needs the chunky texture.
Servings/yield are not exact.

1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup dill pickle juice
1 cup chopped dill pickles
1 teaspoon garlic pepper blend
Optional: Ridged potato chips or pretzels

Steps:

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and pickle juice until smooth. Stir in pickles and pepper blend. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 hours. If desired, serve with chips or pretzels.

¼ cup finely chopped sweet onion
2 tablespoons pickle juice, or more to taste
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper, or to taste

Steps:

Stir cream cheese in a bowl with a wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in dill pickles, onion, pickle juice, dill weed, salt, and pepper until evenly distributed. Refrigerate before serving, at least 1 hour.
