Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, beat brown sugar and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, or mix with spoon. Beat in vanilla and egg white.
  • Stir in flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake 8 to 9 minutes or until set (do not overbake). Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

1 pound semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup Dutch process cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
10 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Melt chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, cream butter with white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in coffee crystals and vanilla until well blended. Stir in melted chocolate. Using a wooden spoon, stir in the dry ingredients just until everything comes together. Cover, and let stand for 35 minutes so the chocolate can set up.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Roll dough into walnut sized balls, or drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets, leaving 2 inches between cookies.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Cookies will be set, but the centers will still be very soft because of the chocolate. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, stir cookie base ingredients until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan. Set aside.
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup butter, the flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla and the egg with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup pecans. Spread over cookie dough base. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Bake 26 to 28 minutes or until filling is set. Sprinkle evenly with marshmallows. Bake 2 minutes longer.
  • In 2-quart saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter over medium heat. Stir in cocoa and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. With wire whisk, gradually stir in powdered sugar until well blended. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup pecans. Immediately pour over marshmallows, spreading gently to cover. Cool 30 minutes.

1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S White Chocolate, coarsely chopped, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Beat cake mix, butter and egg with mixer until blended. (Dough will be stiff.) Reserve 1 cup dough; press remaining dough onto bottom of prepared pan.

3 drops green food coloring
6 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the Chocolate Bottom ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into greased 13x9" baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool completely.
