- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place an oven-proof rack on top of a baking sheet.
- Beat egg, water, and cayenne pepper together in a shallow bowl. Mix nacho cheese-flavored chips, bread crumbs, and black pepper together in a separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken into egg mixture until coated; transfer to chip mixture and press to fully cover on both sides. Place coated chicken on the wire rack.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 25 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

- Cut Chicken breasts into strips roughly fish finger sized
- Crush Cheesy doritos (or similar cheesy tortilla chips) in a bowl I get the children to do this part
- In a seperate bowl add a few good dollops of mayo and the milk and coat the chicken strips.
- Add the strips one by one to the crushed Dorito mix and coat well.
- Once coated pop onto a baking tray and pop into a pre heated oven at 190 and bake for rougly 12-15 minutes Till golden . time may vary on thickness of strips Remove from Oven and enjoy Goes nice with fries and garlic bread and garlic dip

- Preheat your oven to 375°.
- Trim the fat off your chicken breasts and slice them lengthwise into strips. I like each strip to be about half an inch thick.
- Beat your eggs in a bowl and add your milk to it.
- Crush up your Doritos and put them in a separate bowl. I just threw them in my Ninja Blender for about 15 seconds, but you can crush them however you prefer.
- Coat each chicken strip in flour, followed by a quick bath in the egg and milk mixture and then roll them in the crushed up Doritos.
- Place all your chicken strips on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

(If you don't have a food processor, make a small hole in the Doritos bag and get the air out of it. Then use a rolling pin and crush the chips in the bag). Mix the flour and salt in one bowl and eggs in another. Whisk the eggs so that they are well scrambled. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Set up the four bowls in order: a bowl with the chicken, a bowl with the flour and salt, a bowl with the beaten eggs, a bowl with the crushed Doritos, and then the pan. Lift out a few chicken strips and place them in the flour so they are all coated. Lift the chicken strips out of the flour and shake off any excess. - Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Pour some fake eggs onto a shallow plate. Crush the Doritos into a bowl.
- 2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil. Pat the chicken tenders dry with a paper towel. Soak the tenders on each side in the egg mixture. Then evenly coat the tenders with the crushed Doritos, making sure to try and coat the entire tender.

- Spray a baking sheet with no stick cooking spray.
- Cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips.
- Combine mayo, milk in a large bowl.
- Place tortilla chips and taco seasoning in zip lock baggie, crush chips into medium size crumbs.
- Pour chip mix into a medium size bowl.
- Coat chicken strips in mayo mixture, then in the crushed tortilla chips.

- 1. Trim any fat from the chicken and cut it into strips about 1/2" thick.
- 2. Place the flour in a bowl. In a separate small bowl, beat the eggs; add milk and whisk until well blended.
- 3. Using a food processor, or any other method you prefer, crush the Doritos until they resemble coarse bread crumbs. Place them in a separate bowl.
- 4. Dip each chicken strip in the flour, followed by the egg mixture. Roll each strip in the crushed Doritos and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- 5. Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- 6. Serve with Ranch dip or any other dip of your choice. If you like it hot, try some Vidalia Blossom Sauce, available at WalMart. Enjoy!
