A chili that will keep your guests asking for more - ground beef, beans, tomatoes and more come together in a slow cooker - perfect for Mexican cuisine!

Steps:
- Cook beef and onions in 12-inch skillet or 4-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
- Mix beef mixture and remaining ingredients in 5- to 6-quart slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until chili is hot and bubbly. Chili will hold on low heat setting up to 2 hours.

- In a large pot heat the oil and add the ground beef, cook until no longer pink while breaking it up with a spoon. Free some space in the pot by moving the beef to one side and add the chopped onions, saute over medium heat for 7-10 minutes. Don't forget to stir once in a while, add the crushed garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add a pinch of salt and the spices.
- Add the canned chopped tomatoes, fill one of the empty cans with water and pour it in as well. Add the beans, bring to a boil and lower the heat, then add the chocolate and let it melt, stir and simmer for 40 minutes covered with a lid. Then uncover and cook for 20-30 minutes longer. Taste and add salt to taste if needed.
