DOMINO'S PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE

Steps:

• In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring vigorously. Set aside to rest five minutes, and then stir again for three to five minutes.
• Add additional water or flour to achieve a smooth, sticky dough.
• Divide into four pieces and place each one into an oiled freezer bag.
• At this point, dough can be refrigerated or frozen.
• Allow to rise at room temperature and then punch down.
• Stretch each piece onto a ten inch pizza pan and allow to rest a few minutes.
• Top as usual, and then bake at 450°F until crust is crisp and cheese has melted.
• (Makes 4 ten inch pizzas.).

DOMINOS STYLE PIZZA

Steps:

• Mix the water, yeast and honey in a bowl until they begin to foam. The water should be warm to touch.
• In a stand mixer, add the flour and garlic and onion powder
• Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, and pour in the water yeast mixture
• Mix on high, using the dough hook, for 8 minutes, until the dough has come together to form a springy ball
• Pour oil into the bowl and toss the dough so it is coated in oil (do not knead further)
• Cover the bowl of dough and leave to rise in warm place for 30 minutes
• After 30 minutes, flour a work surface using a mixture of plain white flour and course semolina
• Turn the dough out onto the floured surface and punch down slightly, then cover with a tea towel for 15 minutes whilst you pre-heat the oven to 190C (preferably with a round, pizza tray or stone in it so that is warmed for the pizza too)
• Once the oven is pre-heated, remove the pre-heated tray/stone and transfer 1/3 of the pizza dough to it
• Using your fingers, spread the dough on the base of the tray until you have the desired thickness - remember the pizza will rise slightly so do it thinner than you want the end result, if you want dominos style pizza, make sure your crusts are quite defined for dipping
• Pop the pizza base (un-topped) into the oven for 5 minutes to pre-bake
• After 5 minutes, remove base from oven and top with your favorite toppings
• Once topped, return to the oven for 20 minutes, or until toppings are browned and cooked
• Remove from the oven and allow to cool before tucking in with some garlic dip
• This dough recipe makes 3 large pizzas; you can freeze the dough raw, or make a 3 pizzas from it

BASIC PIZZA SAUCE

Steps:

• Empty the contents of the tomato can in a mixing bowl and coarsely crush the tomatoes with a fork or your hands, leaving them just a little chunky. In a heavy bottom 2-quart saucepot, add the olive oil, over a medium high flame and heat a little. Add the onions and saute until slightly translucent. Add the garlic and saute about a minute until golden. Quickly add the crushed tomatoes to the mix. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and add the fresh basil and oregano. You can add a touch of sugar if desired or if tomatoes are tart. Simmer on a low flame, stirring often for at least 15 minutes. If not using right away, cool down and store in airtight container in the refrigerator, up to 1 week.

PIZZA SAUCE RECIPE (DOMINO'S COPYCAT)

Steps:

• To make pizza sauce: combine all the ingredients into a large 24-quart stockpot
• Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally to prevent the bottom from scorching.
• Process in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes.

DOMINOS TOMATO SAUCE COPYCAT RECIPE

Steps:

• In a small saucepan combine the tinned tomatoes and tomato puree and then heat over a medium heat. Bring to simmer then mix in all other ingredients. Keep simmering for 25-30 mins whilst occasionally stirring. After 30 minutes pour the sauce into a pot or container then allow to cool. DOMINOS BBQ PIZZA SAUCE COPYCAT RECIPE

Once the sauce reaches a simmer add in the onion and cook for 5 minutes or until the onions have softened. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Once boiling reduce to a simmer until it starts to thicken. this will take about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. After 30 minutes pour the sauce into a pot or container and allow to cool. Allow to cool on the kitchen side and then move to the fridge so it's ready to go when you make your pizza.
