DOMINO FUDGE
This fudge recipe was made famous by Domino brand powdered sugar. It's a foolproof recipe that is rich and creamy, every time!

Steps:
- Grease a 9x12-inch loaf pan. Combine the confectioners sugar, cocoa powder, salt, butter, milk, and vanilla extract in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir until all ingredients are mixed, smooth, and the mixture is glossy. Stir in the nuts or any other add-ins. Quickly pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Let cool completely then slice the fudge.

All I have to say, is that I'm obsessed with this recipe... I've never tasted better fudge! It's so good... although it's VERY sweet and VERY rich! Prep time includes chill time.

- Sift powdered sugar, cocoa, and salt into a 1 quart microwave safe bowl.
- Stir in milk and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Place butter on top.
- Microwave on high, 2 minutes.
- Beat with wooden spoon until smooth.
- Stir in nuts (OPTIONAL).
- Spread in 8 X 8 X 2 inch baking pan.
- Chill about 1 hour or until firm.
- Cut into 36 pieces.
3-MINUTE FUDGE

- Place sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and baking chocolate in a microwave-safe dish; cook in microwave on low power until chocolate has melted, about 3 minutes. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour fudge into the prepared baking dish; let stand until set, 3 to 4 hours. Cut into squares to serve.
