Steps:
- 1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend well. Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or chocolate shavings (or fruit, if desired).
- 2. *VARIATION* To kick it up a notch, add a little vodka, brandy or cognac. This will thin it out so it's more like a cocktail, and also cut some of the sweetness. DOM PEDRO SHAKE: 4 scoops vanilla ice cream 1 cup milk 2 shots Amarula Cream Liqueur Combine in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass.

Steps:
- 1. Chill two parfait or Collins glasses in the refrigerator
- 2. Blend or whip the ice cream until soft and smooth. Add the Amarula liqueur and cream, and blend 10 to 20 seconds.
- 3. Working with one glass at a time, drizzle chocolate sauce on the (inside) side of each glass, turning the glass as you drizzle, to form a swirled chocolate pattern inside each glass. Repeat with the other glass.
- 4. Divide the blended mixture between the two glasses, sprinkle the chocolate shavings on top, and serve with a tall cocktail straw.
