It's like a fruity, exotic version of Bailey's Irish Cream, & to me it tastes like caramelized fruit (mango, papaya). My friend said this is the most popular drink made with Amarula. Number Of Ingredients 4

Ingredients

5 oz vanilla ice cream (about 1 large scoop)
1 1/2 oz heavy cream, cold
1 shots amarula cream liqueur
cocoa powder or chocolate shavings, to garnish

Steps:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend well. Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or chocolate shavings (or fruit, if desired).
2. *VARIATION* To kick it up a notch, add a little vodka, brandy or cognac. This will thin it out so it's more like a cocktail, and also cut some of the sweetness. DOM PEDRO SHAKE: 4 scoops vanilla ice cream 1 cup milk 2 shots Amarula Cream Liqueur Combine in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass.
