1 1/2 lbs Red Bliss potatoes, diced
1 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes, diced
1 lb yucca root, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
2 cups mayonnaise
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
1 teaspoon mustard seeds, toasted
1 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup sugar

Steps:

Steam all the potatoes for approximately 8 minutes. Place in a large bowl with all the other ingredients. Mix together well.
