DILL BEER BREAD (GIFT IN A JAR)
My favorite Beer Bread variation, so good with soups. You really don't want to skip the melted butter. This recipe comes from The Perfect Mix by Diane Phillips, so is written as a Gift in a Jar - but of course, you could just mix it up and bake it for yourself, too! :) If you don't have self rising flour (like me!), here's a substitute: Recipe #5247. Time is for baking the bread.

HERB-BEER BREAD MIX
The beer flavor really comes through in this savory loaf. For an added gift, give the mix in a basket alongside the bottle of beer needed to prepare the recipe. -Redawna Kalynchuk, Sexsmith, Alberta

DILL DIP IN A JAR
I made this for gifts this past Christmas. I used half pint jars and a sticker on top to tell what to add. And either a red or green ribbon around the mouth of lid for decoration. Made a cute gift and it is easy to make.
