Dijon Ranch Dip Food

DIPS FOR SWEET POTATO FRIES

Steps:

• For each dip, get a small mixing bowl ready. In each bowl, place the 3 ingredients needed.
• Using a small whisk, mix each bowl separately. Once combined and smooth, taste test. Adjust for sweetness, spiciness, etc based on your personal preferences.
• Serve with sweet potato/french fries, chicken, wings, etc.
• The dipping sauces can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

CHICKEN RANCH DIJON

Steps:

• Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil and set heat to medium-low; keep the water at a low boil while you complete remaining steps.
• Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken breasts in the hot butter until browned and no longer pink inside, about 8 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to a platter, cover loosely with aluminum foil, and keep warm.
• Whisk ranch dressing and Dijon mustard together in a bowl. Pour white wine into skillet; scrape and dissolve any browned bits of food in the bottom of the skillet into wine. Whisk ranch dressing mixture the skillet, reduce heat to low, and bring sauce to a simmer.
• Cook angel hair in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until cooked through but firm to the bite, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain pasta and toss lightly with ranch sauce.
• Divide pasta between 4 serving plates and top each serving with a chicken breast. Spoon remaining sauce over chicken breasts and sprinkle with parsley.

SUNNY'S HONEY DIJON PRETZEL DIP

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, honey, mustard and lemon juice together until combined. Serve at room temperature or chilled with pretzels for dipping.

KIELBASA WITH MUSTARD DIP

Steps:

• Slice the kielbasa crosswise 1/2 inch thick diagonally. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a medium (10 to 11-inch) sauté pan, add the kielbasa, and cook over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kielbasa is nicely browned on both sides.
• Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, horseradish, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Serve the kielbasa hot from the pan with small wooden skewers and a dish of the mustard sauce on the side for dipping.

RANCH YOGURT DIP

Steps:

• In a small bowl, whisk together the first 13 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve with fresh vegetables. Refrigerate leftovers.
