1 package (6 ounces) onion and garlic salad croutons
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
4 eggs
2-3/4 cups milk, divided
3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 package (26 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Place croutons in a greased 3-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and ham. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, 2-1/4 cups milk and mustard; pour over ham and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 2. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Combine soup and remaining milk until blended; spread over casserole. Top with hash browns; sprinkle with paprika and pepper. 3. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 35-40 minutes longer or until a knife inserted near the center come out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

I found this recipe in a Taste of Home Magazine and it is absolutely to die for. Generally, when trying a new recipe for the first time I make it exactly as the recipe states. The only thing I added to this recipe was the addition of Garlic Salt. It's a must have for me when having any potatoes. This would probably be good with sausage or bacon, but I don't think as good. The ham gives it a great smoky flavor. We are not big on onions, but for onion lovers, I would imagine they would be a nice addition. For those that want their potatoes really brown on top, I would also recommend putting them under the broiler. I think I'll try that next time. My kids love it when I make breakfast for dinner so once a month we do that. I made pancakes to go with it and there was plenty left over. It is easily reheated in the microwave and the left overs taste great! Hope you enjoy!

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. breakfast pork sausage
6 eggs
6 slices KRAFT Deluxe Pasteurized Process American Cheese
6 English muffins, split, toasted
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 250°F.
  • Mix ground beef and sausage just until blended; shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Cook in large heavy nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Transfer burgers to baking sheet or ovenproof platter. Carefully wipe skillet clean with paper towel.
  • Spray skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium-low heat. Slip cracked eggs, 1 at a time, into skillet, leaving spaces between eggs; cover. Cook 4 min. or until whites are firm and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
  • Meanwhile, place cheese slice on each burger; place in oven. Bake 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Spread muffin halves with dressing. Place burgers on bottom halves of muffins; cover with eggs and tops of muffins.

Steps:

  • Whisk together 12 eggs in a large bowl.
  • Shred the turkey and dice the carrots and green onions.

2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup biscuit mix
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
5 eggs
2 cups milk

Steps:

  • Place cooked and crumbled sausage in a Pam sprayed 9x13 inch baking dish, then sprinkle onion flakes and cheese on top of sausage.
