- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the mushroom soup, onion soup mix, water and mushrooms.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the pork chops on each side. Transfer chops to a 9x9 inch baking dish, and cover with the mushroom soup mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until internal pork temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

This simple recipe was handed down to me from my grandmother. She was a fabulous cook that could master elaborate dishes, but she also taught me how to make some easy and delicious meals. Slow baking makes this a 'fall of the bone' dish with even tougher cuts of pork!

- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and brown the pork chops on both sides, 5 to 8 minutes per side. Place the chops into a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a large saucepan, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup,and milk until smooth. Stir in the rice, and add the butter; bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, and stir until the butter has melted. Pour the rice mixture over the chops; cover the dish with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until tender, about 2 hours.

PORK CHOP CASSEROLE
I cut this out of a cooking magazine, probably Taste Of Home and changed it to suit or our tastes. It sounds like a very flavorful way to have pork chops and to keep them moist. I haven't made them yet but plan to make them and serve them over mashed potatoes, yummy!!!!! Note: This recipe also works great in a crock pot. My friend and I have decided that it is easier to just mix all the sour cream with the soup and broth in the beginning.

Steps:
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper; dredge pork chops.
- Heat oil in a large skillet; cook pork chops for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned.
- Place pork chops in a single layer in an ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
- Combine cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth and 1/2 cup sour cream; pour over chops.
- Sprinkle with half of the French fried onions.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Stir remaining sour cream into the sauce.
- Top chops with remaining onions.
- Return to oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

A childhood favorite of mine. Brings back memories of cold winter evenings and warm family dinners. This is my Mom's pork noodle casserole. The added sour cream gives it a little twist on the usual version. The added red pepper and corn give it color and flavor. You can add and subtract any vegetables in this versatile recipe. This is one of my favorite comfort food recipes.

- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the egg noodles, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the noodles have cooked through, but are still firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the onion, celery, carrots, and red bell pepper; cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes. - Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Heat olive oil and butter on medium high heat until butter is melted.
- Season pork chops with garlic salt and pepper to taste, brown briefly on both sides, you will have to do at least 2 batches.
- Put in a 9x13 baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam Spray.
- Next fry the mushrooms and onions in same pan with the drippings left from the pork chops over medium high heat and saute until lightly carmalized about 15 minutes then add the tomatoes.
- Immediately pour mixture over pork chops and spread to cover the top completely.
- Spread both cans of cream of mushroom soup over the whole top of onion mixture.
- Spread shredded cheddar cheese over the whole top of soup mixture.
- Spread stuffing mixture over the whole top of cheese layer.
- Cover with tin foil and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour and then remove foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
- NOTE: Chops will be very tender but not juicy.

- Preheat the oven to 400° and have ready a greased 9x13" casserole dish. In a small bowl, stir together Panko bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Set aside until ready to use.
- Place a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onions, potatoes, cream, 2 teaspoons Kosher salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to maintain a simmer and cook for 12-14 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the potatoes are fork-tender, remove from the heat. Using a slotted spoon or a skimmer, transfer the potato and onion mixture to the prepared casserole dish, along with 1 cup of cheese and 2 teaspoons rosemary. Then, pour 1 cup of cream from the saucepan evenly over the potatoes and discard of any remaining liquid. Set the casserole dish aside while you prepare the pork chops.
- Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and drizzle with 1 1/2 tablespoon of oil. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons Kosher salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Rosemary.
