Sweet, citrusy grapefruit pairs well with herbaceous Cynar, and adding dry Prosecco provides balance.

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 oz. Cynar
3 oz. Prosecco
Splash of grapefruit soda
1 (2x1-inch) strip grapefruit zest (for serving)

Steps:

  • Pour Cynar and Prosecco into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top off with soda, stir gently to combine, and garnish with grapefruit zest.
